Links ist im Stein das Monogramm Veiths zu sehen sowie eine Datierung auf 1829.

- Beschreibung: Unter einem reich verzierten, an die Spätgotik erinnernden, architektonischen Bogen stehen ein Knabe und ein Mädchen und bedienen sich an Weintrauben.

- Zustand: Guter Zustand. Das Blatt ist altersbedingt geringfügig verfärbt. Entlang der Kanten teils deutlich bestoßen und geknickt. Stellenweise schwach knittrig und minimal eingerissen. Die Darstellung macht einen sehr guten Eindruck.

- Inscription: Below, a short verse locates this allegory in the wine-growing region of the Rhine: „Far around I spill the eternally astonishing banks of the realms, I drain the stream, vaterlaendischen Rhein“.
On the left, Veith’s monogram can be seen in the stone, as well as a date of 1829.

- Condition: Good condition. The sheet is slightly discoloured due to age. Along the edges partly clearly bumped and creased. In places weakly creased and minimally torn. The image makes a very good impression.
