Das Blatt stammt aus dem Zeichenblock eines unbekannten französischen Künstlers oder Architekten mit dem Monogramm “A.D.”, der zu Beginn des 19. Jahrhunderts in Paris und der näheren Umgebung unterwegs war und seine Aufmerksamkeit vor allem architektonischen Besonderheiten wie Palästen und Aquädukten gewidmet hat.
