- Beschreibung: Jakob reitet an der Spitze eines Zuges mit seinem gesamten Hausstand und all seinem Vieh, Kamelen, Katzen und Hunden. Er hat gerade die Nachricht erhalten, dass sein lange verschollener Sohn Joseph noch lebt und im Dienste des Pharaos steht. Jakob ist entschlossen, seinen Lieblingssohn wenigstens noch ein letztes Mal, bevor er stirbt, zu sehen.

Der Blattträger ist gewellt, teils verfärbt und an den Ecken und Rändern leicht knitterfaltig

- Description: Jacob is riding at the head of a train with his entire household and all his livestock, camels, cats and dogs. He has just received news that his long-lost son Joseph is still alive and in the service of Pharaoh. Jacob is determined to see his favourite son at least one last time before he dies.

The sheet backing is wavy, partly discoloured and slightly creased at the corners and margins.
