- Beschreibung: Wundervolle Landschaftsvedute mit Blick auf den Hafen von Marseille mit Hafenbefestigung und Leuchtturm. Im Hafen ankern einige große Segelschiffe. Eines wird von einem Dampfschiff aus dem Hafen geschleppt. Auf dem Hügel im Vordergrund sind Figuren in ziviler und militärischer Tracht zu sehen.

- Description: Wonderful landscape veduta with a view of the harbour of Marseille with harbour fortifications and lighthouse. Several large sailing ships are anchored in the harbour. One is being towed out of the harbour by a steamship. On the hill in the foreground are figures in civilian and military costume.
